We are regularly asked if we can set up a new computer or laptop properly. We simply schedule this at your home at a time that suits you. A new laptop or computer often contains some annoying software that is pre-installed. Think of a virus scanner free for 30 days, Microsoft Office in a trial version or software from the supplier (McAfee/Norton) that you do not need at all and only slows down the laptop.
We are happy to help you with a fresh start on your new device. We install/activate your wireless connection, remove unwanted software, connect your (wireless) printer, answer questions and think along with you practically. You may never have heard of a restore point, do you really have the latest version of Windows 11 on your new system? Transferring old data, photos, music, videos or email from your old computer is of course also possible. For our private customers in the Tilburg, Dongen, Oosterhout and a wide circle around the area, we offer an "At home service" for this type of work. We work exclusively at your location, so that you do not have to transport your equipment and have everything at hand. We are happy to help you with this, also in the evening or in the weekend if necessary. For weekend and evening work, a small surcharge will be calculated on the normal (already very attractive) hourly rate.  

We will never take over your computer/laptop remotely.
We work on a No Cure, No Pay basis, you pay nothing if the problem is not solved.
If there is another possible improvement, you will always receive free advice about this.

Do you have another question about your current laptop, for example? There is often more possible than you think and we can often help you with it! All our rates are based on the actual time spent and are always slightly lower for private customers than for companies and are then inclusive of VAT. This is mainly because the type of services deviates from the average SME setup and in the business world different (distribution) technicians are used, based on larger numbers and a central approach. If you make an appointment for the (later) evening, Saturday or Sunday, a surcharge may be charged. For locations where parking fees are due, this will be additionally charged to you or your company.
