For our private customers in the Tilburg, Dongen, Oosterhout and a large radius around them, we offer an "At home service" for various computers, laptops, WiFi FI and network related issues. From setting up email to connecting your smart TV and telephone to your home network, we are happy to help you with this. We work exclusively on location, so you do not have to transport your equipment and have everything at hand. This is not allowed due to current privacy regulations. We therefore request that you have any necessary information at hand when we visit you. There are no call-out charges as long as the distance is within 10 kilometers of us, beyond which a rate will be agreed with you per visit or per kilometer.

We will never take over your computer/laptop remotely.
As a new customer you always have 10/15 minutes at the first appointment without costs.
We work on a No Cure, No Pay basis, you pay nothing if the problem is not resolved.
If there is an opportunity for improvement, you will always receive free advice.

Below you will find an overview of the most common issues that we solve for private customers. Is your problem not listed? Nothing to worry about, we can usually help you with this, but we would like to hear about it when making the appointment. This way we will not be faced with surprises from either side.

If your question is not listed here, please feel free to contact with us. All our rates are based on the time spent and are always slightly lower for private customers than for companies and include VAT. This is mainly because the type of services differs from the general business setup. If you make an appointment for the (later) evening, Saturday or Sunday, a surcharge may be charged.
