This PDF is already a little alder, but is is surprisingly still quite correct at the moment. It describes the basics of Azure/Microsoft data-centers and more important how the procedures work on topics like assumed breaches, incident, response and change management among others. A chapter is dedicated to antimalware, penetration testing and DDOS protections. Not diving all deep, but a very nice look inside the world of one of the largest data-center companies in the world.
